Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements:
- Personal Lines insurance license required within 30 days of employment.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per year
- Bonus based on performance
