Sales Growth Strategist

At Sim Surgical, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads, penetrate new markets, and retain existing customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring their needs are fully addressed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify opportunities and challenges, informing sales strategies and tactics.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Pipeline Management: Manage pipeline opportunities to meet business objectives and sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, sales, or relevant field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of technical sales experience in a manufacturing environment; 5+ years of previous work experience in sales or strategic account management.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to travel domestically and internationally (50%); proficient with Office suite products.
