Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain detailed sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies and initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives. Provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements based on performance analysis and market feedback.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analysis, preferably within the wine & spirits, beverage, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, VIP, Nielsen (NIQ), Diver, and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
