Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate rotary die-cutting equipment to produce corrugated board products, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on die-cutting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and quality issues, taking corrective action as needed to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with production team members to identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members on die-cutting equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience operating and maintaining rotary die-cutting equipment, with a strong background in corrugated board production.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of die-cutting equipment operation, maintenance, and repair; ability to read and interpret technical documentation; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
