Position Overview:
Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with autism? Join our team at Helping Hands Family (HHF) as a Behavioral Support Specialist, where you will deliver tailored, engaging ABA therapy aimed at helping children achieve their developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children with autism in various settings, including clinics, homes, and community environments.
- Facilitate the development of daily living and social skills through evidence-based methodologies and positive reinforcement techniques.
- Execute therapy sessions crafted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Accurately document behavioral data and collaborate with your team to monitor and promote each child's progress.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required (an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred).
- Comfort and experience working with children.
- Ability to perform physical activities, including walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with families.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored RBT training and successfully pass the RBT exam within the first 90 days of employment.
