Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children with autism in various settings, including clinics, homes, and community environments.
  • Facilitate the development of daily living and social skills through evidence-based methodologies and positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Execute therapy sessions crafted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Accurately document behavioral data and collaborate with your team to monitor and promote each child's progress.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required (an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred).
  • Comfort and experience working with children.
  • Ability to perform physical activities, including walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with families.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Willingness to complete company-sponsored RBT training and successfully pass the RBT exam within the first 90 days of employment.
