About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Connect n Care. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to implement treatment plans and provide family training sessions
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Develop and implement behavior plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with the ASD population
  • At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience preferred
  • Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
