Job Opportunity at April ABA

We are seeking a well-rounded BCBA Apprentice to join our team at April ABA. As a clinician-operated, clinician-owned organization, we prioritize providing strong clinical care to individuals with autism.

Our ideal candidate is eager to learn from clinical industry leaders and is passionate about progressive views in providing behavior analytic services. They should be able to work collaboratively with other clinicians and non-clinicians, and share in our primary value of protecting ABA services for our field and the betterment of our clients.

Requirements
  • Enrollment in a Master's level ABA program
  • Maintenance of all BACB-required documentation
  • Meet all internal organizational requirements
  • Participation in all group and individual supervision meetings
  • Conduct restricted hours with clients
  • Meet billable hour requirements
  • Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
  • Implement clinical best practice standards set forth by the organization and other leading organizations
  • Build rapport with caregivers
  • Participate in supervision meetings with Directors and supervisors
