Key Responsibilities
  • Align features and user stories to the solution design
  • Have a holistic understanding of the application and serve as an expert on the end-to-end implementation of the application
  • Navigate and elicit technical requirements to ensure the blueprint is laid out appropriately for the team to implement
  • Report on key metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions
  • Partner with the conversation designers to map out the logical flow of conversations
  • Work closely with the development and QA teams to refine features and user stories
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a software development environment
  • Strong understanding of architecture and technical requirements
  • Experience with Lucid Chart or similar design and flow tools
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
