Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated hospice liaison who will be responsible for fostering relationships within the healthcare community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and outside sales, particularly within the healthcare sector.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 plus potential bonuses.
Territory:
- Responsible for Atlantic, Cumberland, and Cape May Counties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about hospice services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as hospitals and physician offices.
- Coordinate patient admissions, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
- Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and identify barriers to care.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and referrals.
- Achieve goals related to admissions and product distribution.
- Document sales activities in CRM with detailed notes.
- Participate in community events to promote hospice services.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare business development role is preferred. A bachelor's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and liability insurance.
Additional Information:
This position requires travel within the assigned territory, approximately 50% of the time.
