We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our banking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to banking products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for helping others.

  • Provide top-notch customer service to banking clients via phone.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, including balances, transactions, and statements.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to online banking, debit/credit cards, and transactions.
  • Offer information on bank products such as checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Process account updates, including address changes, stop payments, and new product enrollments.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further action.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns.
  • Meet or exceed call handling and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the bank's system.
  • Stay informed about bank policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
