We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper with various functions, including maintaining exceptional service levels, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading the housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with daily operations, including guest room cleaning, laundry services, and public area maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting space, and department storage areas.
- Lead the housekeeping team to successfully achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards, exceeding company expectations.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of methods of cleaning guest rooms and operation of laundry services.
- Knowledge of the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- General knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
- Ability to lead and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards.
