Job Title: Director, National Enterprise Sales

Securitas Technology Corporation is a leading provider of security solutions, offering best-in-class products and award-winning services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. As we continue to experience rapid growth in our Electronic Security group, we are seeking a Director, National Enterprise Sales to help us expand our business further.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives National Enterprise, setting strategic territory plans and exceeding new business sales targets.
  • Engage in customer interactions, play an active role in closing deals, and coach and support team members in their performance and career development.
  • Accountable for pipeline management and forecasting accuracy, developing strong internal relationships with supporting teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and delivery of enterprise electronic security solutions.
  • Prior experience in sales and delivery of consultative service solutions.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and/or markets.
  • Experience in performance analysis for sales optimization, successful cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Proven negotiation acumen and ability to develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies.
  • Availability for extensive travel within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
