Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with families to facilitate preneed funeral arrangements, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Conduct group presentations and one-on-one meetings to educate the community on the benefits of advance planning, promoting a culture of preplanning and awareness.
  • Perform administrative duties, including managing sales paperwork and updating our CRM software, to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Collaborate with community groups and churches, enhancing our presence and impact within the community, and fostering strong relationships with local organizations.

Requirements:

  • Compassionate, professional individuals with a knack for organization and self-discipline.
  • Exceptional communicators who can work independently and are motivated by meaningful interactions.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 3 years in sales or pre-planning experience, though we welcome those new to the field with open arms.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a NJ Life Insurance License and a New Jersey Funeral Directors License.
