About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Account Executive to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our Inside Sales & Retention team, you will play a critical role in influencing customer decision-making and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, leveraging your ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-making.
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value, demonstrating your ability to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals.
  • Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods, and looking to advance as a sales contributor, building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Document customer information, including demographic and billing details, and provide excellent customer service, listening to the customer and ensuring their satisfaction.

Compensation includes $20.50/hour base pay plus uncapped commission, with a target compensation of $68,000/year and the potential to earn significantly more based on performance. Top performers make well over six figures annually, and you'll also have the opportunity to promote two levels within your first year with commensurate title and hourly pay increase.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules.
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection.
