We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team at Synergy Interactive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive analytics strategy that supports our mission to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Data Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a data-driven strategy that informs business decisions and drives growth.
  • Performance Analytics: Design and implement data visualization tools to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital platforms, content, and campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Work closely with digital, content, and product teams to integrate data into content strategy, product development, and marketing initiatives.
  • User Segmentation: Develop user segmentation models to identify growth opportunities and optimize audience engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, and collaborate with teams to set goals and measurement strategies.
  • Technology & Tools: Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools and methodologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge and aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years in digital analytics, preferably in the media or publishing industry.
  • Experience presenting analytics findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expert knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Big Query or SQL.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Core Web Vital Metrics, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Sailthru or similar EMS, and Supermetrics or equivalent data tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistics and probability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
