About the Role:- Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement automation solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions that meet those needs.
- Partner with operational, implementation, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for automation initiatives.
- Design and implement automation systems that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for automation systems.
- Collaborate with the business to identify opportunities for automation and develop strategic plans to implement those solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery and team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 5 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
- 7 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area and 3 years' supervisory experience.
- Doctorate: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Engineering.
- Competitive salary range: $130,000.00-$260,000.00.
- Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
