Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Ensure all routes are running on schedule
  • Schedule and operational planning, including budget planning and talent management
  • Lead customer relations with airline crews to achieve high levels of service and exceed client expectations

  • Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Build a team of reliable drivers

Requirements:

  • Basic computer and mobile technology skills
  • Proven track record of success in leadership, building a team, and driving results
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 2+ years of management experience, preferably in an airline, airport, or transportation environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation or related industries
  • Proven track record of safety management and contributing to a safety culture
  • Training/coaching background, preferred
  • Valid driver's license and approval by the company's insurance carrier
