Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Carmeuse is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the effective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
