  • At least 8 years of experience managing Windows Server environments (Server OS - 2012, 2016, 2019, and Windows 10/11).

  • Familiarity with Veritas Backup solutions.
  • Proficient with various client hardware, including HP and Dell laptops and desktops.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Ability to execute proof-of-concept methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Proven track record of managing corporate projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance of network and systems infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure team competency in supporting corporate infrastructure, including backend systems and VPN networks.
  • Support and lead tasks related to the design, build, implementation, and administration of on-premises environments.
  • Collaborate with IT management and business leaders to fulfill server administration tasks within established timelines.
  • Monitor and analyze server performance, recommending solutions to address current and future performance issues.
  • Perform OS hardening to meet required security standards.
  • Assist with vulnerability remediation activities in the server environment, following security team guidance.
  • Enforce IT security policies, standards, and practices.
  • Support incident resolution activities and escalations.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • Document system changes in accordance with company change management policies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for processes and new features to promote standardization.
  • Collaborate with IT staff across various teams, including networking, security, and collaboration tools, to facilitate effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor and support license compliance and renewal activities for the server environment.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the existing environment.
