About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Security Protection Expert - Program Defense to join our team at ARMADA. As a key member of our program, you will provide general security support and perform activities related to security standard discipline management and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Program Protection Support: The Security Protection Expert - Program Defense will draft, develop, and track the review/coordination of Program Protection Plan (PPP) documentation.
- Coordinate with Program SMEs: You will work with Program Subject Matter Experts to develop and identify Critical Program information, Critical Components, and Critical Functions along with countermeasures to be employed for documentation within the Program Protection Plan (PPP).
- Review Program Protection Plan: The Security Protection Expert - Program Defense will review all facets of the Program Protection Plan (PPP) no less than biannually for effectiveness and efficiency and provide recommended enhancements to Government security leads.
- Conduct Site Visits: You will conduct site visits to determine the degree of implementation and the effectiveness of the Program Protection Plan (PPP).
- Provide Guidance and Recommendations: The Security Protection Expert - Program Defense will provide guidance and recommendations based on best practices to increase the security posture and solicit feedback from the site.
- Assist Government Security Leads: You will assist Government security leads with tasks related to the Observables, Identification, and Containment (OI&C) Working Group.
- Review Technology Protection Measures: The Security Protection Expert - Program Defense will reviewing and recommending technology protection measures throughout all phases of the F-35's lifecycle.
- Review Program Protection Implementation Plans: You will review and evaluate Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP) for effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
- Coordinate Horizontal Protection Measures: The Security Protection Expert - Program Defense will coordinate with the appropriate organization(s) to document, implement, and monitor horizontal protection measures for the Critical Program Information.
Requirements:
- Active DOD Top Secret Security Clearance: You must have an Active DOD Top Secret Security Clearance.
- 10 Years of Experience: The Security Protection Expert - Program Defense must have 10 years of experience performing work related to the description.
- Education: You must have a Master's Degree in the stated discipline, OR a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the description.
