Bartender Assistant

Create an exceptional entertainment experience for all guests by providing fast, friendly, and professional beverage service. This role requires a strong focus on customer relationships, attention to detail, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

• Endorse the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values.
• Provide prompt and courteous beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers, adhering to a 2-minute production cycle per 3 alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare beverages as ordered, maintaining a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
• Build relationships with guests, monitoring their consumption of alcohol and intervening as needed according to guidelines.
• Operate a cash register/POS system, ringing the proper amount into the register and providing correct change to guests or servers.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months prior customer service experience required.
• Four months experience as a bartender at a full-service bar preferred.
• Complete documented training program preferred.
• CARE certified.
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of beverage operations, and a willingness to learn and be adaptable.

• Must be able to attend to multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and carry 5 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver and tap a keg weighing 165 pounds.
• Must be able to be on feet for 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grasp items.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including secondhand smoke.
