Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
* Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across various makes and models
* Complete thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections
* Work collaboratively with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to our high standards
* Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to deliver exceptional results

Qualifications

* Positive attitude and a strong desire to serve guests
* 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
* ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
* Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles
* Meet or exceed hourly goals
* Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
* Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Physical Requirements

* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
* Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
* Work in tight spaces as needed for vehicle repairs
* Have the necessary dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
* Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
* Drive manual transmission vehicles
* Efficiently navigate a computer
