Job Title: Junior Software Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Tester to join our team at OnDek Solutions. As a Junior Software Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform testing throughout the program's lifecycle, including multiple sprint releases scheduled four times a year
* Collaborate closely with our customers' representatives to verify that all requirements are fulfilled and the software functions correctly
* Identify and report any issues within our software applications and websites

Requirements:

* Must hold a DoD Top Secret security clearance (must be able to obtain an SCI and CI Polygraph)
* CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent IAT-II level certification (required within 6 months of hire date)
* Familiarity with Team Foundation Server for managing test cases, tracking execution, and reporting issues
* Experience with client-side technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS is an advantage
* Familiarity with the.NET framework and the ability to work with C#, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, and ADO.NET is beneficial
* Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio

* Strong communication, organizational, professional, and interpersonal abilities
* Demonstrated analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
