Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at CyberTec. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for assisting end-users in resolving hardware and software issues through telephone calls and email communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using established guidelines and instructions
  • Document and track problems to facilitate timely resolution
  • Work under immediate supervision to ensure efficient and effective problem-solving
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field or a related area
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This role will primarily work onsite at the Public Service Building in Marion County, Salem, OR.
