Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a primary coordinator for patient discharge planning, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- One year of experience in Emergency Services is required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
