Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and CFA standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership.
  • Customer Service: Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner.
  • Staffing and Coaching: Organize and oversee staffing, coach team members, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Food Safety and Cleanliness: Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines and maintain proper quality parameters.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Well-versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines.
