Requirements
  • Graduate of a State-Approved Nursing Program: Possess a diploma or associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current LPN License: Hold an active, unrestricted license as an LPN in the state(s) of practice.
  • CPR Certification and TB Test: Maintain current CPR certification and a negative TB test result.
