  • Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions across various environments, driving technological innovation and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop strategic roadmaps, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, system configurations, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong focus on ITAM and ITOM modules, and a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration, with a strong understanding of ITAM and ITOM best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically, driving business outcomes and delivering results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITOM) are highly desirable, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
