About the Role

SII Group USA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join its global team in the USA. As a key member of the ServiceNow delivery team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's IT service management strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the platform owner and architect to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow ecosystem, serving as a technical lead and guiding teams on best practices and complex technical solutions.
  • Lead projects, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities, and act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow.
  • Design workflows and processes, and deliver consistent support to ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ITAM, ITOM, Flow Designer, integrations, scoped applications, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Ability to teach and share ServiceNow best practices.
  • A pronounced sense of responsibility and a drive for continuous evolution and learning.
What We Offer

  • Salary from $90k to $140k per year, depending on experience.
