Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute mail, packages, and shipments to various departments and locations.
  • Bank Transactions: Process bank deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, including postage and shipping materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, such as data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of administrative or marketing experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
