Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our day shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our machinery and equipment, championing safety practices, and driving excellence in every aspect of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot and repair electrical controls.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure quality standards.
  • Oversee the fabrication process to ensure alignment with our quality standards and collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff on new equipment and systems, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical schematics, AC inverters, programmable logic controllers, and mechanical maintenance.
  • Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to work on a permanent day shift schedule.
