Job Description:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships. They will have a proven track record (3+ years) in high-ticket sales, preferably within the hospitality or luxury retail industry. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Upselling and Revenue Maximization: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, products, or packages, driving revenue growth and enhancing the studio's profitability.
  2. Premium Service Delivery: Offer a luxury, white-glove experience, including private consultations and customized photography sessions.
  3. Client Experience Enhancement: Anticipate client needs and preferences, delivering innovative and upscale solutions to enhance their overall experience.
  4. Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and nurture trust-based relationships with clients through personalized communication and attentive service.
  5. Client Retention & Loyalty: Monitor and assess client feedback to continuously improve and refine service offerings.
