Job Overview:
As a Production Swingman, you will be responsible for executing panning tasks efficiently and accurately. Your role will include managing tracking documentation in compliance with SQF standards and ensuring timely bagging of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute product tracking to identify and eliminate out-of-specification items.
- Support the production line with panning, racking, and product movement.
- Assist the packaging line with tracking, bagging, and labeling tasks.
- Conduct pan dumping operations carefully to prevent product damage.
- Adhere to all training protocols provided by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to push or pull up to 200 pounds using wheeled equipment.
- Proficient in performing tasks that involve standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Competency in reading and writing in English.
- Willingness to work in high ambient temperature environments.
Educational Background:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of six months of experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
