Production Swingman

Job Overview:
As a Production Swingman, you will be responsible for executing panning duties efficiently and accurately. Your role will involve meticulous tracking of paperwork in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute bagging operations for products promptly and accurately.
- Monitor product tracking to ensure elimination of any out-of-specification items.
- Support the production line with tasks such as panning, racking, and moving products.
- Assist the packaging line with product tracking, bagging, and labeling.
- Conduct pan dumping operations without damaging the product.
- Adhere to all training guidelines provided by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to push or pull up to 200 pounds using wheeled equipment.
- Proficient in performing tasks that require standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English.
- Ability to work in high ambient temperature conditions.

Educational Background:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience:
- A minimum of six months of experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
