Production Swingman

As a key member of our production team, the Production Swingman - Pan Handling Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of panning duties. This includes:

• Performing panning duties in a timely and accurate manner
• Completing tracking paperwork accurately and complying with SQF requirements
• Performing bagging of product in a timely and accurate manner
• Tracking product to eliminate out-of-specification product
• Assisting the production line with panning, racking, and moving product
• Assisting the packaging line with tracking, bagging, and labeling product
• Performing pan dumping in a timely manner without smashing product
• Following all company-provided training guidelines

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to push or pull up to 200 pounds on wheeled equipment
• Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to work in high ambient temperatures

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Six (6) months of food manufacturing experience preferred
