Job Summary:

The Collections Account Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while effectively managing delinquent accounts. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and maintain positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor delinquent accounts daily to identify opportunities for resolution
  • Process inbound and outbound calls to work collection accounts in a professional manner
  • Establish and maintain payment arrangements consistent with company guidelines
  • Record all relevant information into the collections system regarding collection calls
  • Resolve customer problems while applying good customer service and in a timely manner
  • Handle general customer service questions while remaining professional and following company policies and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone voice and strong communication skills
  • PC skills, including strong typing and Internet navigation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work and adapt in a changing environment
Work Environment:

This role is based in a fast-paced environment with close proximity to computer screens and the ability to work within fluctuating background noise and movement.
