Senior Quality Inspector for Ship Repair Operations

About Us: Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of ship repair services in Portsmouth, VA.
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team as a Lead QA Auditor for Maritime and Commercial Projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide management oversight and career development of production trades related to quality assurance and safety requirements.
- Perform internal audit of to monitor compliance with company procedures and performs external audits to evaluate supplier suitability for use.
- Prepares Corrective Action Requests, and Preventative Action requests as related to production work to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Trade School/Military Service may be substituted with GED minimal education and specialized training and certifications in Quality Assurance with 5 years total waterfront experience with 3 years Quality Assurance experience to include Level I/SUBSAFE/SOC experience.
- Travel: Must be able to travel for extended periods of time (85%).
