The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the distribution of materials and publications to independent contractors while reporting to the Home Delivery Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring safe transportation to various locations, maintaining a valid driving license, and upholding a clean driving record. Regular and reliable attendance is essential, along with having a dependable vehicle. Availability for night and weekend shifts is required.

The Logistics Supervisor ensures that nightly operations are effectively managed by the team on a daily basis and provides direct reports to the Circulation Director.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee quality assurance of material bundles distributed to contractors.
2. Manage the verification and disposal of returns.
3. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the distribution area.

4. Liaise with the Home Delivery Manager and District Sales Managers regarding any uncollected routes by contractors.

5. Occasionally assist in the delivery of materials as needed.

6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor, including communication, attendance, punctuality, and dress code.

Regular and reliable attendance is a must.
