Psychiatric Social Worker II

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Social Worker II to join our team at Heluna Health. As a key member of our Directly Operated Outpatient Clinics, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to individuals and families in need of mental health support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intake assessments with clients and their families/significant others to develop treatment plans.
- Provide crisis counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and promote engagement into treatment.
- Monitor client's treatment plan and assist with any linkage or case management needs.
- Complete and submit treatment progress notes and adjunct documentation as required.
- Conduct outreach activities to local referral sources, including schools, DCFS co-located staff, day care centers, etc.
Requirements
- A Master's degree from an accredited school of social work and two years of clinical work experience.
- A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed.
Work Environment
This is a general office setting, indoors with a temperature-controlled environment.
