Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies in conjunction with other marketing partners.

- Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and third-party partners, ensuring timely communication of promotional calendars, creative assets, and business updates.
- Continuously monitor and analyze channel performance, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Conduct research on industry trends, publisher opportunities, and incremental testing strategies to expand and diversify the Affiliate program.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with digital marketing and analytics teams to identify areas of efficiency and improvement, driving effective growth and optimization.
- 3-5 years of experience in Affiliate and influencer marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
