Community Engagement Specialist

Latch is seeking a Community Lead to provide a personalized human touch to our Honest Day's Workers. As a trusted point of contact, you will offer support, foster ongoing engagement, and enhance their experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for non-support requests
- Inquiries and Escalations:
- Direct both inquiries to the appropriate teams
- Acknowledge and collect feedback to share internally
- Coordinate and advocate internally on disputes
- Community Engagement:
- Create a monthly newsletter with helpful and informative content
- Respond to online forums and reviews about the company
- Conduct calls and surveys to gather feedback and insights.
- Personalized Outreach:
- Welcome each Honest Day's Worker personally to the platform
- Manage swag distribution and inquiries
Qualifications:
- Engaging personality with patience and a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and understanding of internal team responsibilities.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in community management, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneous.
