Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Auditor Supervisor to join our team at Novotel Miami Brickell. As a Night Auditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring that all guest accounts are accurately posted, and that all night audit functions are completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front of the House Overnight Manager with front desk operations
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors
  • Perform concierge tasks and upsell services as much as possible
  • Run and audit assigned reports to close the day and turn them over to management
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system
  • Flexible schedule, including overnight shifts
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous front desk hotel experience, night auditor, and cashier
  • Fluency in a foreign language (Spanish)
  • Ability to suggestively up sell
  • Certification in CPR
  • Previous guest relations training
Working Environment:

The Night Auditor Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, management, and co-workers. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
