Job Summary

Episcopal Community Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Group Supervisor to join our Out of School Time (OST) Program team at Anderson Elementary School. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of children and youth in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support children in the OST Program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of daily program activities, including academic assistance and enrichment programs.
  • Develop and implement structure activity projects, promoting social-emotional learning and skill development.
  • Provide peer coaching and team support to promote the ECS Path to Prosperity model.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and 2 years/2500 hours of experience working with children, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PA-related background clearances required.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and behavioral skills.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work with diverse children and families.
