Job Summary:
Access Healthcare LLC, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Critical Care Unit (CCU) setting. As a CCU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients in a CCU setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- 3+ years of recent/current ICU experience
- Experience with invasive line monitoring, vasoactive medications, and critical care titrations
- Experience with caring for patients on ventilators/bi-pap
- Epic experience highly preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
