Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients in a CCU setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 3+ years of recent/current ICU experience
  • Experience with invasive line monitoring, vasoactive medications, and critical care titrations
  • Experience with caring for patients on ventilators/bi-pap
  • Epic experience highly preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
