RN Floor Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Complete Care at Park Place Center. As an RN Floor Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor residents' health and well-being
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Develop and implement care plans for individual residents
  • Coordinate and supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff
  • Document residents' medical histories, care plans, and progress
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Ensure infection control protocols are followed
  • Manage and operate medical equipment
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
  • Advocate for residents' rights and dignity
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • RN/LPN certification in NJ
