Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Care Associate to join our team at Mercy. As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the individualized care of patients to achieve their highest level of wellness.
- Work cooperatively with others as part of a team, recognizing the importance of group goals.
- Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to patients.
- High school diploma, G.E.D, CNA/CPTC, or enrolled in a healthcare career program through their high school curriculum.
- No previous experience required; Mercy will provide a required 175-hour training program for new hires in the state of Missouri.
- BLS certification required within one month of hire, completion of PCA competencies within 3 months of hire.
