Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our inpatient pediatric orthopedic team at OU Health. The successful candidate will have strong clinical expertise in pediatric orthopedics and be able to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that they are evidence-based and tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and effective communication with families and caregivers.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (MSN) or Master's in Physician Assistant Services.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a pediatric orthopedic setting is preferred.
  • Possess prescriptive authority within 6 months of hire.

Compensation Package

  • Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
