Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at OU Health. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to patients in the adult emergency department.

This is a part-time position that requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to lifelong learning.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination for patients and families
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record


Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Services or Master of Science in Nursing
  • 3+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in the emergency department
  • Prescriptive authority within 6 months of hire
  • Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC and/or AANP
  • CPR certification and Advanced Life Support certifications if relevant to practice area
