We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and unique experience.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
