About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional candidate who possesses strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality psychiatric services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree from an accredited Physician Associate program or an accredited school of nursing with an ARNP program in psychiatric care. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Our team is committed to fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity, and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who share our values.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Required Skills and Qualifications- A current unencumbered Oregon license to practice as a Physician Associate or a current unencumbered Oregon nursing license

In addition to these requirements, we seek a candidate who is able to lead teams, work respectfully with all levels of staff, and demonstrate excellent customer service and critical thinking skills. Spanish language skills are highly desirable, but not required.
